"No Job Too Small"

We pride ourselves on delivering top quality plaster, stucco, and renovation services on time and on budget. We are a multi-generational, family run business serving the Windsor-Essex area for more than 50 years. Founded by John Pittao in 1968, Phillip Pittao took over Star Plastering Ltd. in 1984, maintaining the quality workmanship instilled by his father. Ten years ago Phillip's son Alexander joined to family business alongside his father.

Star is the only contractor offering lime-based wet plaster process in Windsor.

Using a base coat we finish our plaster with a final coat of plaster of paris and plaster lime, producing a more durable, sound proof, result. We guarantee a stronger surface than drywall with absolutely no sanding to ensure longvity. In many cases, our plastering projects are completed in as little as one day. We replace damaged plaster without demolishing an entire surface. Our plaster and repair services range from small refinishing of an existing area to major wall reconstruction.

We are licensed applicators of E.I.F.S. Systems

(a styroform base, acrylic finished, and coloured stucco)

We create traditional stucco surfaces (such as metal-lath and conventional cement finishes). We also install aggregate, a procedure that involves the embedding of coloured stone in stucco while wet.

Using traditional restoration techniques, we carefully reconstruct history.

From cathedral ceiling churches to traditional homes, we restore original work, decorative pieces, medallions, and textured ceilings.

We put customer service and quality work on a pedestal.

Star Plastering has connections with the best sub- trades Windsor has to offer. If you require additional services besides traditional plastering, we are happy to assist you in coordinating and completing these projects.
